Last updated: 27 September 2026 ## Using PartnerPresents PartnerPresents lets you personalize digital gift experiences using our designs and your own content. These terms apply between you and the operator named below. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Browse and save local drafts without an account; optional accounts provide cross-device access to launched gifts and reusable custom templates. Local drafts do not sync across devices. ## What a purchase includes A purchase covers one personalized digital gift in the selected design, online delivery through an unlisted link and a downloadable heart-shaped QR code. It is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Free designs do not require payment. A copied gift using a paid design requires its own purchase; saving a template does not buy unlimited gifts or grant resale rights. The product page and checkout identify the price, currency and included features. ## Prices and payments Prices are in US dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Any applicable tax is disclosed before payment. Stripe processes payments and may offer payment methods appropriate to your location and device. Your gift becomes shareable after payment is verified, which can take longer with delayed payment methods. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other charges independently. See [delivery, cancellation and refund information](https://partnerpresents.com/refunds) . ## Digital delivery and consumer rights You must expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge any applicable loss of the cancellation right when digital supply begins. An unchecked box is not agreement. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. If applicable consumer law provides stronger protection, it takes precedence. Keep the order confirmation and purchase email for your records. ## Your content and other people's rights You retain rights in your uploaded words and media. You grant us a limited licence to store, reproduce and deliver that content only as needed to provide and support the service. You must have permission to use and share photographs, recordings, music links and information about other people. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative or non-consensual content, malware, or content intended to harass someone. We may restrict content or access when reasonably needed to address unlawful activity, security or material breaches, and provide an explanation and review route where required. ## Designs and third-party services Our designs and software are licensed for your personal use through the service. They are not sold as editable source-code packages. YouTube, Spotify and other third-party services operate under their own terms; we cannot guarantee a linked track will remain available. A downloadable photo strip or calendar file is available only where the design provides it. Photo-film gifts play in the browser and do not include video export. ## Accounts, access and storage Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Guest editing access to online gifts is tied to this browser for 30 days; paid gifts can be recovered with a verified account using the checkout email. Local drafts have no app-imposed count limit, but depend on available browser storage and are lost if you delete them or clear browser data. Gift content is uploaded when you publish or start checkout. Create an account to preserve launched free gifts and templates across devices. Unpurchased, unpublished online records may be removed after 90 days of inactivity. There is no promise of permanent or lifetime hosting. If we discontinue a paid feature or the service, we will provide reasonable notice and any remedies required by law. ## Sharing and availability Anyone with a gift link can open it unless you enable a secret word or question. A decorative puzzle does not secure the content. You control who receives the link and can unpublish or delete it. Keep copies of media that matter to you. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside our reasonable control. We will use reasonable care in providing the service. ## Responsibility and disputes Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, deliberate misconduct or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent lawful, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or caused by your misuse of the service. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or deprive consumers of protections and courts available in their home jurisdiction under applicable law. ## Changes and contacting us We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. The terms in force at purchase apply to that purchase unless a lawful change is necessary.
