Digital delivery
These are digital gifts; no physical item is shipped. After Stripe confirms payment, the personalized gift is published and its link and QR code become available. Delayed payment methods may require additional processing time. If your payment succeeds but the gift is not ready, open your order confirmation page or sign in with your checkout email and check My gifts.
Before you pay
You can preview your gift and correct its content before checkout. Cancel an unpaid checkout to return to the editor. Cancelling the checkout page is not a refund request and does not cancel a payment that has already succeeded or is processing.
Withdrawal and immediate supply
EU/EEA and UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. We ask you to expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins, to the extent permitted by law. If valid consent has not been obtained or supply has not begun, statutory withdrawal rights may still apply. The rule does not affect remedies for faulty, undelivered or misdescribed content.
If something is wrong
Contact support with your order reference, purchase email and a description of the problem. Do not send card details or a gift secret. We will investigate non-delivery, duplicate charges and technical faults and provide repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by law. Change-of-mind requests after valid immediate delivery are assessed under applicable law; there is no blanket “no refunds” exclusion of consumer rights.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times vary. A fully refunded or disputed purchase may have sharing disabled while the issue is resolved; your statutory rights are unaffected. Partial refunds do not automatically remove access.
Withdrawal request template
To exercise a valid withdrawal right, send: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following digital gift: [design/order reference], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my purchase email is [email], and my address is [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only for a paper request. You may use another clear statement instead.
